The Bundesvision Contest 2013 - Which German state will win?

In order to decide which song will represent Germany at the Eurovision Song Contest, the Bundesvision Song Contest happens every year as well.  (Remember: "Bund" means "federal/federation"; there are 16 Bundesländer, or federal states.)
